Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Critical Role apparel and gear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items and include the provided packing slip inside the box to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
